As a channel, intuitive energy healing practitioner, mentor, guide, and educator, I am committed to holding a high standard of integrity, care, and respect in all services offered through Align with Ashley. My work is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for each client, while honoring both personal responsibility and the spiritual nature of this work.

BEFORE RECEIVING SERVICES, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Through the receiving of any and all services provided by Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic, (including purchased services or those received free of charge), the Receiver of Services agrees to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic, from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of the Receiver of Services, its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys’ fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic, for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.

All information, guidance, and insights shared through services provided by Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic are intended for personal reflection and spiritual development purposes only and are not to be interpreted as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice. These services are not licensed health care, therapy, or medical services.

Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for personal use, client support, or practitioner review. By participating in a session, you consent to this recording. All recordings are kept confidential and are not shared without your permission.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties related to the matters specified herein, and supersedes all other agreements.

CLIENT RESULTS, TESTIMONIALS & SHARED CONTENT

Individual experiences and results may vary. Any testimonials or shared client experiences are reflections of personal experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.

Testimonials are only shared with prior consent. By voluntarily providing a testimonial or feedback and granting permission, you agree that it may be used for educational or promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Personal identifying information will not be shared without your explicit permission. You may request anonymity or request removal of your testimonial at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content shared through Align with Ashley, including but not limited to written materials, session recordings, teachings, intuitive insights, courses, membership content, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic shall not be held liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, participation in sessions, or engagement with any content.

Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic offers a variety of services, programs, memberships, and digital content. All offerings are subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at any time.

Any bonuses, features, or inclusions within programs or memberships are offered at the discretion of Align with Ashley / Ashley Kalic and may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.
