Life has a funny way of leading us down paths we never expected. For me, that path began at age six when my dad passed away, an experience that opened a doorway into a world I could never have imagined.

As a teenager, I found myself naturally drawn to spirituality. I would visit metaphysical stores, looking for something I couldn't quite name, hoping to reconnect with my dad through mediumship readings. Every time he came through with messages that touched my heart, I felt more inspired to keep exploring. It sparked something in me—a quiet but powerful passion. At the time, I never imagined it would become my path or my purpose. I simply kept learning. As my crystal collection grew, I began to work with their energy intuitively, facilitating healing sessions for friends and family long before I was attuned to Reiki. I pulled oracle and tarot cards but didn’t fully trust that I could truly connect with Spirit. Looking back now, I see how that disbelief became one of the biggest blocks I had to move through.

Years later, Spirit guided me again, this time through a very unexpected teacher: our rescue cat. He was feral and afraid, unable to be touched. I searched online for support, hoping for insight into his behavior, and stumbled upon animal Reiki. We booked a session with a practitioner who came to our home, and as she explained her process, something clicked. I realized I had been working with energy in similar ways for years. She suggested I become attuned to Reiki so I could better support our cat’s healing, and that deeply resonated. That moment changed everything. It not only helped our cat open and trust, but it also laid the foundation for the work I do today as an animal communicator. It was a powerful reminder that everything on our path is connected, even when we can’t yet see the bigger picture.

Those early experiences changed me. They cracked me open to the magic of the unseen and initiated my deeper connection to Spirit, even if I didn’t fully understand where it would all lead.

Life led me down other roads too. For many years, I worked in education and supported youth, a role that was meaningful and fulfilling. But my connection to Spirit never left. It was always there, quietly waiting.

When I became pregnant with my first child, I had a deeply spiritual experience that marked the beginning of a new awakening. Both my dad and my baby came through from Spirit, offering reassurance and love. It was the first time I saw so clearly with my clairvoyance. That moment cracked something open in me, and from there, my spiritual gifts began to expand more rapidly.

As I continued to open, something beautiful unfolded: angels began to appear during sessions. I started connecting with other people’s loved ones, channeling messages of love, healing, and clarity. Each experience deepened my devotion. Spirit was leading me, and I knew in my heart I had to follow.

Eventually, I made the difficult, but aligned decision to leave my role in education. I had worked hard to build that career, but the more I listened to Spirit, the more I felt called into a new path, one where I could fully step into my soul’s work and support others through intuitive healing, spiritual connection, and guidance.

Today, as a spiritual mentor, and multi-modality intuitive, I’m grateful and honored to support a beautiful variety of souls, those who are spiritually curious and just beginning to explore their intuition, those who are already intuitively sensitive and seeking to deepen their connection, and the lightworkers who feel the call to embrace their gifts and step more fully into their purpose through growing their own spiritual business.

I believe we’re all born with the ability to connect with Spirit. You don’t need to be “gifted”, you just need the willingness to remember who you are.
