The Path That Led Me Here
My path into this work revealed itself slowly, the way healing often does, opening one layer at a time as I learned to listen to my soul.
When my father passed away when I was young, it left me with a deep grief and a sensitivity I didn’t understand. He would come to me in dreams and small meaningful experiences that I kept to myself, but they continued to pull me toward the spiritual path. I didn’t know it yet, but he was closely guiding me throughout my life and the path that led me here.
I never considered myself “psychic”, in fact, I was far from believing that could ever be possible for me. I used to watch Sylvia Browne with my grandmother and quietly wish I could connect the way she did. I had a deep interest in the world of Spirit and was aware of energy, signs, and subtle inner guidance, but I didn’t yet have the language for it. I just knew I resonated with it deeply.
A Quiet Beginning
As a teenager, I visited crystal shops for mediumship readings, hoping for any connection with my dad in Spirit. He came through every time, which only opened the door wider. I began collecting crystals from those shops as something about them felt familiar and intriguing to me. I spent hours reading, learning, and practicing energy healing to friends and family using crystals, without fully understanding why it felt so natural.
Years later, after rescuing a feral cat who had experienced trauma, I searched for ways to support his nervous system and well-being. That search led me to Animal Reiki, and suddenly everything made sense. I realized I had been working with energy intuitively for years, but I had simply never named it. That moment became the turning point that encouraged me to step into this work more intentionally.
Choosing a Different Path
It wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first child that my next spiritual awakening began. There was a moment during my pregnancy that shifted everything for me, an experience of hearing and seeing my baby while I was still pregnant with him. It was so clear, and it cracked me open to believing even more deeply that I could connect with Spirit. During maternity leave, I found myself returning to my spiritual practices with a depth I hadn’t before.
After my second son was born, my intuitive abilities continued strengthening, and at the same time, I was feeling out of alignment with a career I had spent 16 years in and earned a degree for. While struggling with that misalignment, I immersed myself in spiritual development and began practicing mediumship. It brought me so much joy and became a beautiful outlet for the internal struggle I was feeling in my career. After three months, instead of connecting with loved ones in Spirit, Angels began coming through. That’s when I went on to study with Kyle Gray and became certified as an Angel Guide Reader, later completing my Usui Reiki Level III certification with a local Reiki Master.
It wasn’t the certifications that changed my life, it was choosing to do this work with grounded integrity, reverence, and deep respect for every soul I support, both human and animal. The more readings I offered, the more it became all I wanted to do. I left my career in 2022 and have since built my own business supporting heart-led souls on their spiritual and healing path.
What I Believe
My path has not been linear. It has included deep grief, ancestral healing, and many seasons of learning to trust my connection with Spirit, trust my intuition, and trust myself. Part of my own healing has involved remembering and releasing what was carried long before me including ancestral patterns, past-life imprints, and the witch wound that shows up as fear of being seen, using our gifts, or trusting our inner knowing.
It has been a path of returning to the truth that these abilities were always within me (as they are within you too, whether they feel active, quiet, or still awakening). It is my passion to help heart-led souls develop confidence in their spiritual gifts in a way that feels empowering, grounded, and safe.
I believe intuition isn’t rare, it’s a natural part of who we are. With the right support, it becomes easier to listen, easier to trust, and easier to live from.

Outside of sessions and circles, I’m a wife and mom to two amazing kiddos and a sweet pup who keeps me grounded in everyday life. I love slow mornings, forest walks, camping, and the kind of simple moments that remind me what truly matters.
